Anita's experience and knowledge were obvious and helped us decide on the design and options for our doors. We could not be happier nor more excited with the outcome. PERFECT!
And, as you would expect, everyone with whom we dealt throughout this process, were just as accommodating, responsive and diligent. From Shelby the office manager to Tom, the installer. They all did a great job. And, Anita remained engaged throughout the entire process. From our initial meetings, to evaluating the work site before the work began and inspecting the job when it was completed. Could not have been more pleased and impressed. From beginning, to end. I give New Erra Doors my highest recommendation for high quality, customized doors.
